Selected provider-aware cost vs. pass rate
Each point is one 60-attempt reviewed arm. Higher is better; farther left is cheaper. The X-axis is logarithmic so sub-$10 arms remain legible beside higher-cost arms.
Marker shape is evidence, not decoration: circle = exact selected cost, diamond = estimate, triangle = lower bound. Exact may be provider-billed or a reviewed retained-usage reconstruction; inspect the table/basis before interpreting it as invoice evidence.
